先决条件

• 本科以上学历，健康科学，心理学或其他专业。
• 必修课程：解剖学与生理学I、解剖学与生理学II、发展心理学、变态心理学或精神病理学、社会学或人类学、统计学或研究

毕业要求

• 成功修毕OTD研究生课程90学分（所有课程）。
• 成功完成现场工作和顶点经验。
  • 二级实地考察和博士顶点经验必须在完成该计划的教学部分后的24个月内完成。

学生实践经历

实习的经验

实际应用先前学习的理论和技能。 职业治疗教师提供结构化的学习活动。 该组织允许学生观察并与该组织的人员互动。  在第一学期和第四学期有两个20小时的实习经历。  需要一份正式的交流，描述实习场地的实习经历。 
 
一级野外工作 在专业指导下在认可的社区或医疗机构进行监督式体验学习。  职业治疗教师提供结构化的学习活动，将职业治疗知识和技能从课堂应用到实地工作环境。  在第二学期和第三学期有两个32小时的一级实地工作经验。 大学和实地工作地点之间需要一份描述一级实地工作的正式协议/合同。
 
二级实地考察 在职业治疗指导下，在经批准的社区、教育或医疗机构接受监督的体验式学习。  二级实地考察，为学生提供了一个机会，在当前交付系统的框架内，在职业治疗师的监督下，分析、综合和应用教育背景的所有组成部分来进行职业治疗实践。 The purpose of Level II Fieldwork is to assume sequential levels of professional responsibility leading to satisfactory performance as an entry level therapist. 第5学期（7 - 12月）完成两次为期12周的全日制二级实地考察。  大学和实地工作地点之间需要一份描述二级实地工作的正式协议/合同。
