这座三层楼的建筑是为了纪念前大学校长艾琳·法雷尔而命名的，是西顿山的第一个套房式宿舍。 共有113名男性和女性居住在法雷尔大厅，四人或六人套房，每间包含单人和双人卧室。 法雷尔大厅的每间套房都有独立的客厅和浴室/淋浴设施。 学生信箱和一个大大厅在一楼； 二楼设有宽敞的休息室，设有厨房设施、大屏幕电视、游泳池/乒乓球桌和学习站。 四名居民助理和一名居民生活专家住在这栋楼里。
